Microsoft Web Services Enhancement 2.0. NET (WSE) is a. NET class library for building Web services, which supports the latest Web service protocols, including WS-Security, WS-SecureConversation, WS-Trust, WS-Policy, WS-SecurityPolicy, WS-Addressing and WS-Attachments.
