1. First, notify the Immigration Bureau of the loss of passport and visa, report it to the local police station in the lost area, and obtain the report certificate.
2. A statement of loss is published in the newspaper designated by the local entry-exit administration office at or above the municipal level.
3. Bring my ID card and household registration book, and go to the local entry-exit administration office to apply for a new passport with the above two certificates. The prescribed period of formalities is 3 months.
4. After obtaining the passport, get in touch with the embassy, submit the report proof and the copy of the loss statement in the newspaper to the person in charge of the embassy, and go through the visa subsidy formalities.
