Application: Guide to Singapore Business Visa Application (for China citizens only)

The following materials are required to apply for a business visa, and the embassy has the right to require the applicant to provide other materials when necessary.

1. The applicant's passport is valid for at least six months (from the date of going abroad) and has at least one blank visa page.

2. Each applicant must fill in the 14 form (original) in English, and the applicant must attach two 2-inch color recent photos (one posted on the 14 form and the other scanned), and the photos must meet the following requirements:

A recent photo taken within 3 months, with the size of 35mm (width) and 45mm (length) and no white border; Face bareheaded (if hats or ornaments are required to be worn according to special religions or customs, the hats and ornaments shall not cover the applicant's facial features), and the facial dimensions are 25mm (width) and 35mm (length); White background. 3. An original letter of introduction filled out in English by a registered company in Singapore (i.e. Form V39A). The letter of introduction must indicate the address, telephone number and fax number of the registered company in Singapore.

4. Complete the original V52 form, indicating the applicant's name, company, purpose and date of visit. This form must be issued by a registered company in Singapore.

5. A printed copy of the latest business registration profile of a Singapore company issued by the Singapore Accounting and Enterprise Control Bureau (www.acra.gov.sg). The printing date of the profile shall not exceed 6 months from the submission date.

6. If you can't apply for a visa in person at the embassy, you need to issue a power of attorney, which must indicate the client's name and ID number (both in Chinese and English).

7. Applicants invited by Singapore government agencies and universities or participating in exhibitions and conferences held in Singapore are not required to produce Form 39A, Form V52 and business registration information. The applicant only needs to submit the invitation letter sent by the institution or organization to the applicant.

8. Visa fee per person 153 yuan RMB.

9. The visa processing process takes three working days.

Officials of the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority decide the number of days for visa holders to stay when they enter the country.
