Brief introduction of Qiu Feng village

Qiu Feng Village, located in the hinterland of Da Nanshan in Liangying Town, is a newly-built immigrant village during the construction of 1958 Qiu Feng Reservoir. The village consists of four natural villages, Xikeng, Beiliao, Shi Yu and Xincun, with cultivated land area of 13 1. 14 mu and mountainous area of 2722.5 mu. With a total population of 2,595, there are 438 households, 39 in party member, and 8 cadres of the two committees and village leaders. Due to natural conditions such as geography, the foundation of collective economy is very weak, and villagers mainly rely on farming and going out to work for a living.
