Instructions for nationals of Taiwan Province Province who have no household registration to apply for settlement in Taiwan Province Province-under 20 years old
1. Applicable object: children born abroad by nationals registered in Taiwan Province Province, under the age of 20.
Second, the documents to be prepared:
(1) An application for settlement, and a full-face color photo with hat off (the same as the photo specification of the national identity card).
(2) the health examination certificate in the last three months (it must be examined by a public or private hospital designated by the Department of Health of the Executive Yuan and conform to the provisions in Table B of the health certificate examination items); Pregnant women can be exempted from chest x-ray examination); If an application is made abroad, but the Department of Health of the Executive Yuan has not designated a hospital in the country of residence, it may be inspected by a qualified local hospital and verified by a foreign embassy; Those under the age of six can be replaced by foreign vaccination certificates and Chinese translations verified by foreign libraries. If the Chinese translation has not been verified by foreign libraries, a vaccination certificate translated into Chinese by China Health Center can be attached.
(3) Other relevant supporting documents:
1. Original and photocopy of verified foreign language birth certificate and Chinese translation (the original will be returned after inspection). If the Chinese translation has not been verified by a foreign embassy, it should be verified by our notary office or a private notary office.
2. Original and photocopy of China passport or entry certificate; Or the original and photocopy of foreign passport (the original will be returned after inspection).
3. The original and photocopy of the household registration book or national identity card (returned after inspection) or the transcript of the household registration book; For children born out of wedlock, the original and photocopy of the mother's national identity card or household registration book shall be attached (the original shall be returned after inspection) and the unmarried divorce certificate; for children born out of wedlock, the copy of the household registration book whose father has completed the application procedures shall be attached.
4. If one parent applies for minors to settle in Taiwan Province Province alone, it shall be accompanied by the consent of both parents. (Parents divorce with child custody consent)
5. If the mother is pregnant before marriage and is not registered as a national at birth, please attach sufficient documents to prove the kinship, such as the DNA consanguinity certificate of father and son (or daughter), and the documents verified by foreign embassies that the mother is not married during pregnancy (from the first day of pregnancy to the 302nd day of the child's birthday).
6. Born in Chinese mainland, SEF certificate should be attached, without Chinese mainland household registration and mainland passport.
(4) Power of Attorney: When entrusting others to represent the applicant, a power of attorney shall be attached, which shall be signed or sealed by the applicant.
(5) Certificate fee: NT$ 600.
(six) registered reply envelope, and fill in the recipient's name, address, postal code and contact number.
Third, matters needing attention:
(1) If the information in the application for residence in Taiwan is inconsistent or insufficient, it shall be corrected within 15 days after the written notice of the entry-exit administration department (hereinafter referred to as the department) is served (the application information needs to be applied overseas or the correction period for overseas application is three months). If no correction is made within the time limit, the institution may reject its application.
(2) Calculation standard for persons under the age of 20: the date when each service station or foreign library accepts the settlement application shall prevail.
(3) If the required documents are in a foreign language, they shall be verified by a foreign library, and a Chinese translation verified by a foreign library or certified by a domestic notary office shall be attached. Certificates made in Hong Kong, Macau or Chinese mainland must be verified by Hong Kong China Travel Agency, Macau or SEF Taipei Economic and Cultural Center.
(4) If the applicant has entered the country, he shall apply within the statutory time limit for his stay in China. Entry with a China passport will be cancelled at the same time when the department permits to settle down, and the residence certificate will be mailed according to the envelope attached to the applicant; If you enter the country with a foreign passport, please attach the foreign passport and related documents according to the contents of the letter when you receive the residence permit, and contact the service station at your place of residence to obtain the residence permit.
(5) When the applicant is abroad, he/she can apply to the foreign embassy. After receiving the application, the foreign embassy will send the application to this department for examination. Once our department sends a copy of the entry permit and the residence permit of Taiwan Province Province to the foreign embassy and forwards it to the applicant, the applicant will go to our service station to renew the residence permit after the entry of the certificate (it takes three working days to replace the copy with the original).
(six) the applicant shall, within 30 days from the day after receiving the residence permit, register with the household registration authority in registered permanent residence where the household registration is to be declared. If you are going abroad for the first time, you should apply to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a China passport with the name of your national identity card on it, and then you can take it abroad.
