Strictly implement various work systems, diagnosis and treatment routines and operating procedures, carefully receive and treat every patient seriously and responsibly, and avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment to the greatest extent.

For more than a year, I have been conscientious and down-to-earth in my work. Never had an accident or had a dispute with a patient. At the same time, I used my spare time to study the national laws and regulations on medical and health care, and really realized the importance and necessity of building village clinics. Only then did I really understand that the village clinic is the most basic organization of the three-level medical prevention and health care network, the first line of defense for rural disease prevention and the first place for basic medical care, and it is mainly responsible for vaccination, maternal and child health care, epidemic management and reporting, infectious disease management, public health, basic medical services and cooperative medical care in the whole village. Rural health centers are the first line of defense in rural health work and an important link in the construction of rural three-level medical prevention and health care network. Promoting the construction of rural health centers is one of the key points of rural health work, an important content of building a new socialist countryside, and an important measure to fundamentally solve the difficulty and expensive medical treatment for farmers and comprehensively improve their health level. At present, there are * * * village clinics in the whole village, but the infrastructure of village clinics is backward, the quality of village health personnel is low, and the daily preventive health care ability and the ability to deal with public health emergencies are low. The existing village clinics are all provided by individual village doctors, and even their own homes are health clinics, with consultation rooms, treatment rooms and pharmacies mixed together, which is prone to widespread epidemic of infectious diseases. It has seriously failed to meet the requirements of population growth and new rural construction.

In order to improve the conditions of village clinics and improve the hardware level of village clinics, it is planned to build standardized village clinics in our village. Standardized village clinics need to have corresponding scale and diagnosis and treatment conditions, be able to undertake public health functions such as health management, disease prevention, maternal and child health care, and provide primary health care services for local farmers. Standard village-level health centers should have independent or relatively independent buildings and meet the barrier-free requirements, so as to separate the diagnosis room, treatment room, pharmacy, observation room and prevention room. Therefore, the standardized village hospitals should cover an area of not less than 400 square meters, and the construction area should be greater than 300 square meters in principle.

Therefore, in order to improve the medical conditions in our village, improve the hardware level of village clinics, and enable our village clinics to build standard clinics, according to the actual situation of our village, the construction land for building standard clinics in our village needs 400 square meters. Now we implore the government to provide 400 square meters of sanitary room construction land at the cost price to ensure the establishment of standard sanitary rooms.

In order to thoroughly improve the present situation of people's medical and health work in Tutuping village, truly realize that there are clinics in the village, and comprehensively improve the level of public health services such as disease prevention in the whole village, in recent years, with the strong support of the county health bureau, the medical and health work in our town has developed by leaps and bounds, and nearly ten village clinics have been built in Tu Ping Town 12 administrative village. At present, there is only one clinic in Tu Ping Village, Tu Ping Town. For the following reasons, we applied to the county health bureau for the construction of Tu Ping village clinic.

The Necessity of Establishing Tu Ping Village Clinic;

I. Special Geographical Location Tu Ping Town is located in the south of Zheng 'an County, with an area of 2 17 square kilometers, 12 administrative villages,1/8 villagers' groups and an existing population of 4. 680,000 people, 1. 1.7 million households, is a remote town with a large area, a large population, slow economic development, a large proportion of poor people, and relatively backward social economy and culture. It is 42 kilometers from Zheng 'an County to Zunyi City, which limits the inconvenience for people in Tu Ping Town to go abroad for medical treatment, so they can only seek medical treatment in local town hospitals or village hospitals. Because there is only one town hospital, it can't satisfy the people's guarantee of seeking medical treatment nearby.

Second, the clients are mostly because the area under the jurisdiction of Tu Ping Village is the radiation range from the streets of Tu Ping Town to the surrounding areas. Shantuping Village has a population of more than 5,900, plus more than 2,700 neighborhood committees, with nearly 9,000 people. Among these people, there are more than 760 people over 60 years old; There are more than 800 people under the age of 7 who need preventive services (preventive services for each child are twice a week, and this work has always been undertaken by Tu Ping Village Clinic); More than 450 patients with hypertension; Diabetes patients 1 10 or more; Mental patient 15. So many people of all kinds need services, and the town hospital can't afford them at all, so one third of the work is undertaken by the Tu Ping village clinic. For a village hospital that doesn't even have a clinic, this difficulty can be imagined when it starts to work and complete satisfactory services.

Thirdly, it is difficult to rent a house in Tu Ping village clinic. Now Tu Ping Village Clinic has rented a 70-square-meter private house on the street near Xiaba, Tu Ping Street to serve Tu Ping Village and the surrounding villagers. The annual rent is as high as 1 ten thousand yuan. More importantly, there is no fixed house, and if you don't rent it, you will always face the possibility of moving.

Fourth, as well as the inconvenience to the people who seek medical treatment, as a hospital, the inconvenience to the people who seek medical treatment can be imagined. In addition, the rented house is small, there is no place to set the bed, necessary medical equipment, and it is impossible to carry out infusion, simple surgery and other services, which also makes the villagers dissatisfied.
