Sikkim was destroyed by India forty years ago. Should we help it recover?

Sikkim was originally abandoned by the mainland, how could we help it recover!

Sikkim was part of Tibet for 1,200 years before becoming a British colony. During the Kangxi period, India invaded Sikkim, and the Qing Dynasty even sent troops to defend it. Britain was devastated by World War II and withdrew from its Asian colonies. India took advantage of the situation and used peaceful methods to occupy various administrative levels of Sikkim, and then manipulated the referendum to merge with India.
