You can apply for talented immigrants in Hong Kong with 80 points. Basic conditions for application:

1.？ Hong Kong talents plan to open to the world, but it does not include the following eight regions: Afghanistan, Albania, Cambodia, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, Nepal and Vietnam. Therefore, mainlanders can apply for the Talents Scheme to move to Hong Kong.
