Does lingwu city belong to Yinchuan or Wuzhong

According to the geographical network, lingwu city is located in the middle of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China. It is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Yinchuan City, located between Yinchuan City and wuzhong City, bordering Litong District and Yongning County in the east, Qingtongxia City in the south, Zhongning County in Zhongwei City in the west and Yanchi County in the north.

Although lingwu city is geographically between Yinchuan and Wuzhong, it belongs to the jurisdiction of Yinchuan, not Wuzhong.
