1. Personal Basic Information
Application form:
Application Form for Holder of Immigrant Visa or Expired Immigrant Visa (printed and filled in in English capital) (INZ 1 175 form)

You obtained an immigrant visa through your spouse's immigration application, and you have a stable relationship with your spouse with New Zealand citizenship.
You obtained the immigrant visa through other applications, and you can provide materials to prove that you have lived with your spouse with New Zealand nationality for at least 12 months, and the relationship is true and stable. If you are transferred overseas because you need to work in New Zealand, but you do not meet the requirements for obtaining a permanent resident visa, but you want to be approved to change the visa terms, you need to provide a confirmation letter from your New Zealand employer to prove that you need to be transferred overseas.
If you are the spouse of a New Zealand citizen and wish to obtain a follow-up immigrant visa, you should show one of the following documents:
You obtained an immigrant visa through your spouse's immigration application, and you have a stable relationship with your spouse with New Zealand citizenship.
You obtained an immigrant visa through other types of applications. You can provide materials to prove that you have lived with your spouse with New Zealand nationality for at least 12 months, and the relationship is true and stable.
