Jingbei Village is in the suburb of Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

Jingbei Village was moved from Jingyuan County in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia to the suburb of Yinchuan in 1983. 1983 immigrants from Jingyuan county in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia moved in. In 2000, they belonged to Tiedong Township in Lucaowa immigrant area of Jingyuan county and Xingyuan Township in the suburb of Yinchuan City.
