Compensation standard of Jinling Reservoir

Jinzhou issued the compensation standard for resettlement of Jinling Reservoir Project.

In order to do a good job in the land acquisition and resettlement of Jinling Reservoir Project, Jinzhou Municipal Government has formulated the resettlement and compensation standards for the land acquisition and resettlement of Jinling Reservoir Project according to national and provincial laws, regulations and policies. The standard consists of seven parts, including basic principles, policy basis, compensation scope and principles, compensation standards, resettlement, post-resettlement support and supplementary provisions. According to the land compensation standard, if agricultural land such as forest land and grassland is requisitioned, the compensation shall be 6 times of the average annual output value in the three years before the adjacent dry land is requisitioned (per mu of agricultural land such as forest land 1 ten thousand yuan). Expropriation of barren hills, wasteland, wasteland and unused land shall be compensated according to three times the average annual output value of the adjacent dry land in the three years before expropriation (3,000 yuan per mu). For the expropriation of forest land and grassland, the resettlement subsidy standard for each agricultural population in need of resettlement is four times the average annual output value of the land in the three years before expropriation. The average compensation standard for trees and fruit trees is that trees are compensated per mu according to their species, age and density, and sporadic trees are compensated per plant according to their species and age. Fruit trees are compensated according to tree species and age. The introduction of compensation standards has played a great role in promoting reservoir construction in an orderly manner and safeguarding the vital interests of local farmers.
