Article 1 of the "Notice on the Treatment of Retired and Retired Personnel Approved to Settl Abroad"

Retirement of Retired and Retired Personnel Who Have Settled Abroad Retirement fees and retirement living expenses are treated the same as those of domestic retirees and retirees. Their retirement expenses, retirement living expenses and non-staple food price subsidies, grain (coal) price subsidies, work-related disability subsidies for enterprise employees, and disability funds paid by the civil affairs department etc., will be issued by the unit that pays retirement and retirement benefits (the disability pension will be collected from the civil affairs department of the person's original place of residence by the unit that paid retirement and retirement living expenses), or by an entrusted domestic relative or friend who will collect it on his or her behalf until the person's death. The foreign exchange required to pay this treatment shall be handled by the local People's Bank of China in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for Examining and Approving Individual Foreign Exchange Applications" promulgated by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
