The public security frontier defense forces are no longer included in the sequence of the armed police forces, and all of them are retired from active service. After the public security frontier forces were handed over to the local authorities, the organizational system was transferred to the public security organs, and appropriate adjustments were made in combination with the newly established National Immigration Bureau. The active service establishment has all been converted into the people's police establishment.

The marine police team led and managed by the State Oceanic Administration will be placed under the Armed Police Force, and the gold, forest and hydropower units of the Armed Police Force, which undertake civil tasks, will be placed under the relevant state functional departments and reorganized into non-active professional teams. At the same time, the customs duty force of the Armed Police Force will be abolished, and the relationship between leadership, management and command of the Armed Police Force will be thoroughly straightened out.
