Fanhe New Village is located in the east of Shi Si Town, on the bank of the Yellow River, with a population of *** 1260. It belongs to the immigrant village in Xiaolangdi reservoir area. The village organically combines the construction of new countryside with the construction of immigrant villages, employs relevant technicians to carry out high-standard planning, and carries out construction in strict accordance with the planning. Invest 2 million yuan to complete the hardening project of 1km main street, build standardized clinics and convenience supermarkets, complete the construction of main roads and bridges in the village, build 6,000 square meters of slope protection, and complete the main project of immigrant primary schools. At present, the construction of the office building and leisure square of the village Committee is under way.

Fourth, improve supporting facilities and develop public welfare undertakings.
