The water volume dispatching year for the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is from November 1 of each year to October 31 of the following year.

According to the work arrangement of the Ministry of Water Resources, from April 29 to June 20, 2020, the middle line project implemented the first 420 cubic meters/second increased design flow water delivery.
