Singapore countersignature

There should be no contact with the Singapore Embassy in China to apply for an anti-visa (for studying abroad) in Singapore. The countersignature refers to the application for entry permit from the Singapore Immigration Bureau, which should be applied for you by a school in Singapore. After obtaining the entry permit, you can enter Singapore with your entry permit, passport and admission notice. It has nothing to do with the Singapore Embassy in China.
