1. It is illegal to cancel your account without any supporting materials, and the public security organ is responsible for canceling a citizen's account without authorization.

3. Another possibility is that the public security organ missed your household registration information when registering it online. If this is the case, you can bring the household registration information registered in the original household registration book and request the local police station to consult the paper household registration file and restore the household registration.
