1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, and comply with the relevant management of the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Admissions Committee and the Provincial Department of Education's admissions examinations It stipulates that applicants must have graduated from high school or have equivalent academic qualifications, and their physical condition must meet relevant requirements.

2. Have household registration in our province and declare household registration in our province for the first time after birth. Among them, fresh graduates from high school schools (hereinafter referred to as fresh graduates) must have student status and actually attend high school schools in our province.

3. Because one of the parents (or legal guardian, the same below) belongs to job transfer, talent introduction, reservoir area immigration, and active military personnel (including civilian personnel) stationed in Fujian, the applicant’s household registration is before registration for the general college entrance examination. Moved into our province. Among them, fresh graduates must have student status and actually attend high school in our province.

4. Due to moving to one of the parents, the applicant’s household registration moved to our province before registration for the general college entrance examination. At the same time, the person being transferred must have a household registration in our province and declare a household registration in our province for the first time after birth. Among them, fresh graduates must have student status and actually attend high school in our province.

5. Fresh graduates who have moved their household registration to our province for other reasons must have moved their household registration to our province for 3 years (as of July 1, 2022, the same below), and must have Applicants must have student status in a high school in our province and have actual schooling experience for three consecutive academic years.

6. The migrant children of migrant workers and other non-registered employees in our province must have high school student status in our province and have three consecutive academic years of actual schooling experience. At the same time, one of his parents must have records of paying social insurance premiums or paying taxes in our province in accordance with national regulations in the past three years, which can prove his or her working experience in our province.

7. Foreign nationals who have settled in our province, have actual experience of attending high school schools in our province, and hold the "Permanent Residence Identity Card for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China" issued by the public security authority.

Applicants who have a household registration in our province but do not meet one of the conditions 1 to 4 in Article (1) above can apply for enrollment in the classified examination of higher vocational colleges in our province (the specific time will be notified separately) , but you can only apply for the higher vocational (junior college) batch. If there are other provisions in the Ministry of Education documents, the requirements in the Ministry of Education documents shall be followed.

Those who move their household registration out of our province or transfer their high school enrollment status out of our province after registration and before July 1, 2022, will be deemed to have given up their examination and admission qualifications for the general college entrance examination in our province.
