Provisions of Civil Code on Risk Transfer

Article 605 Where the subject matter is not delivered within the agreed time limit due to the fault of the buyer, the buyer shall bear the risk of damage or loss of the subject matter from the time of breach.
Article 608 Where the seller places the subject matter at the delivery place in accordance with the agreement or in accordance with the provisions of Item 2, Paragraph 2 of Article 603 of this Law, and the buyer fails to take it out in violation of the agreement, the risk of damage or loss of the subject matter shall be borne by the buyer from the time of violation of the agreement.
Article 609 The seller's failure to deliver the documents and materials related to the subject matter as agreed shall not affect the transfer of the risk of damage or loss of the subject matter.
