American immigrants have submitted 485, h 1b expired visas. Do you still want to continue to apply?

Applicants should keep their legal status in the United States when submitting I-485 (such as F 1 or H 1B) in case I-485 fails (although this possibility is extremely small, if it expires on I-485, it is not necessary to apply for an F 1 visa or a new school). Other visa identities will automatically expire after obtaining a green card.

Applying for I-485 has two advantages:
