Xindianzi Village is located on the south bank of Panjiakou Reservoir in Luotai Town. Yongxi Road runs through the village and belongs to immigrant village. There are 56 households with 2 10 people in the village, which governs 4 natural villages and 3 residents' groups. The cultivated land area is 22 mu, and the forest land area is 2356 mu.

Xindianzi Village is adjacent to Baluotai Village, Duanmuyu Village, Paoling Village, Anjiayu Village, Baicaolin Village, Yongcun Village, Baitaizi Village, Hengchengzi Village and Xibaozi Village.

Xindianzi Village is close to Beaulieu Lake Scenic Spot outside the Great Wall, Wanta Huangya Temple, Jiangnan beyond the Great Wall, Panjiakou Reservoir, Dushan Forest Park, Wangchanggou Scenic Spot and other tourist attractions.
