What is the economy like in Panzhihua, Sichuan?

I'm from Panzhihua. Affected by the financial crisis, Panzhihua's economy is not as good as before. Several blast furnaces were stopped in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company, and the income of employees decreased, but the overall impact was not significant. Compared with Nanchong and Neijiang, Panzhihua has a similar population. There are three districts and two counties (East District, West District, Renhe District, Miyi County and Yanbian County). Miyi has developed very well, and the north of the city is beautiful, and it feels more comfortable than the urban area (Bingcaogang). Renhe District can also have Spring Garden, Shanghai Garden and Shanghai Garden Villa. I think it will be better in the future. Bingcaogang, Jiufuliu, Jiufuer, Dadukou, Wu Si, Dongfeng, Qingxiangping and Guaziping have a large population.
