What are the procedures for canceling the account after immigration?

Article 8

If a citizen dies, the head of the household, relatives, dependents or neighbors shall, within one month before the city is buried, declare the death registration to the household registration authority and cancel the household registration.

If a citizen dies in his temporary residence, the household registration organ of the temporary residence shall notify the household registration organ of the permanent residence to cancel his household registration.

Article 10

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.
