Finally, bring all kinds of documents and materials, permit to move, household registration certificate, etc. Go to the local police station in registered permanent residence to register, issue a new household registration book and apply for a new ID card.

It should be noted that the ID card cannot be filled immediately, so it is best not to return the existing ID card first to facilitate work and life.
