Strict formulation procedures

Participants pointed out that since the "Regulations" were solicited, the society has been very concerned about it. Some people are worried about whether the design of relevant qualifications and conditions is reasonable and whether a large number of overseas personnel will occupy domestic jobs and social welfare resources. Others reflect that some regulations are too principled and not detailed enough, and they are worried that there will be management loopholes after implementation and it is difficult to supervise. Participants suggested further evaluation and demonstration, and making improvement and optimization according to China's national conditions and international beneficial practices.

Strengthen access management

The relevant person in charge of the National Immigration Bureau said that it attaches great importance to the public's concern about improving the management of foreigners in China. While protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese and foreign entry-exit personnel according to law, we will further strengthen the inspection and repatriation of illegal entry-exit personnel, severely investigate and deal with relevant illegal and criminal activities according to law, and maintain normal entry-exit order.
