Go to the local police station. The premise is that the informant does have enough evidence to prove that the informant did immigrate to the country through abnormal means. If the report is verified by the local public security bureau, it will be punished accordingly. If the informant has no evidence to prove that the informant is indeed an illegal immigrant, then the Public Security Bureau will ignore it.
