How long can I live in Switzerland to get permanent residency?

Uninterrupted here means not to leave Switzerland for more than 3 months every year. (Maybe every state will be different) But in my opinion, if you are not in Switzerland, but you pay the rent, insurance and tax. Nobody cares where you are. Unless I see your passport.
