Brief Introduction of China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center

China Vocational Training Technical Guidance Center was established in 1998, and co-located with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is a directly affiliated institution, responsible for the technical guidance of national employment and vocational training, as well as the technical guidance and organization and implementation of vocational skill appraisal. China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center (co-located with the Vocational Skills Appraisal Administration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security) is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, which is mainly responsible for the technical guidance of national employment and vocational training and the organization and implementation of vocational skills appraisal.
