It is said that "all sentient beings have their own products, which are suffered by past lives and the descendants created by this body." It also emphasizes the importance of learning to respect teachers, fast and observe precepts, and discusses that governing the country should be based on inaction and no desire. It is mentioned in Dunhuang manuscripts that "Mu Zi's bow and arrow mouth is full", which shows that this is influenced by the "Cave Deep Divine Mantra Sutra".
