2. How to return to Canada when the Maple Leaf Card expires?

However, permanent residents who are in China but do not have a maple leaf card can apply directly in China if they want to go abroad-the answer is no, only at the nearest American foreign museum. If rejected, they don't have to worry about not being able to return to China. The Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) will be particularly accommodating.

If the maple leaf card expires, permanent residents who want to return to China can only apply for a "permanent resident travel card" from the local foreign museum. However, for some China permanent residents who don't have a maple leaf card, some arrived in Hong Kong before the implementation of the maple leaf card, but they never applied. Some are new immigrants who have just reported for duty, and the maple leaf card hasn't arrived yet, or their application for renewal has not been approved. Officials stressed that people don't have to worry that when their applications are rejected, they will not be able to return to their own countries. If they are rejected, CBSA officials usually bend the rules and let them return to Canada.

3. To replace the maple leaf card, you must attach the tax bill for the last five years.

In June, the Immigration Department revised the regulations on the renewal of Maple Leaf Card, requiring that a two-year tax bill be attached, which caused many non-tax residents to panic. Unexpectedly, in July this year, the Immigration Department recently issued stricter regulations, requiring applicants to attach personal income assessments for the past five or two years, or transcripts of recognized colleges and universities for five years to prove that they really live in China. 4. It is stipulated that the maple leaf card will be changed for two years within five years.

According to the regulations on the replacement of Maple Leaf Card, permanent residents must have lived in China for two years within five years before they are eligible for replacement. Living for two years in five years is not counted from the arrival of immigrants, nor from the arrival of maple leaf cards. Its algorithm has two forms: one is to push back from the day when the application for extension of maple leaf card is filed, and live for five years and two years; The second is five years from each entry into Canada.

4. Entry documents
