Except for these two, the salary of ordinary nannies we interviewed this time was around 5,-6, yuan, which also represented the middle market of nannies in first-and second-tier cities (and an Indonesian nanny earned 8, yuan a month).

For most families, whether economically or emotionally, it is still the first choice to ask the elderly to help take care of the children, and the nanny is out of necessity, but some mothers think differently. The person in charge also mentioned that before going to work, you can ask the nanny for the phone numbers of her family, former employers and friends, and call her one by one to ask about her situation, so as to get a more comprehensive understanding of her family, work attitude and interpersonal relationship. If you are really worried, you can entrust a special back-adjustment company, and the intermediary and the back-adjustment company will sign a contract to investigate and accept. The investigation scope of the back-transferred company includes basic information, such as ID card, academic degree, criminal information, even whether the company is a legal person or a shareholder, as well as work experience and performance.

However, on this issue, liujing showed her unique wisdom. "If you are not at ease, don't look for it. If you look for it, you must trust it completely." Liujing said that in her family, the nanny is with the children for 24 hours as soon as she comes, and she is also very opposed to installing monitoring, because she believes that "your distrust will definitely have a negative impact on your aunt."

nanny, employee, relative or family?

liujing, who insists on "employing people without doubt", thinks that hiring a nanny is not a simple employment relationship, but should be treated as a family member. She did, too: the best room at home is for her aunt to live with her children, and when she goes abroad to play with her aunt, she will get an aunt to eat bird's nest at home, and all kinds of treatment are treated equally.

It is inevitable that a nanny will eat and live with her master in a house and be as close as her family.
