Can immigrants be mainland legal persons?

Those with foreign nationality should be the legal representatives of mainland companies according to foreign individuals, whose nature is that foreign (or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) people need to apply for employment certificates, residence permits and related employment procedures in China.

If you are still a citizen of China, you should apply for corporate legal person status like ordinary people.
