On June 13, I received an email from NVC asking me to pay the visa fee. I made it online, too. On June 5438+05, the visa fee receipt was printed online. From June 12 to July 2, I prepared the following materials and mailed them on July 3. 1, our notarized documents (birth notarization, marriage notarization, punishment notarization) 2, a copy of our passport (only one page with photos) 3, the ds-230 form we filled out. Now we are waiting for the guarantor to fill in the materials for us. From June 9 to August 13, more than two months, our experience is that some materials were sent from China, and these materials have no effect except notarization, so they can be prepared in advance. DS-230 form is downloaded from the Internet, but it can't be saved, so it can only be printed directly after filling it out. You can print a blank form first, fill it out manually, and then print it out in the downloaded form. The advantage is to ensure the success of filling and printing at one time.
