In the two years before submitting the immigration application, the applicant has accumulated at least 1 year of work experience in Australia, and can get this 5 points; In the five years before submitting the immigration application, the applicant has accumulated at least three years of work experience in Australia, and can get this 10 bonus point; Applicants who have accumulated at least 5 years of work experience in Australia in the 7 years before submitting their immigration application can get this 15 bonus point. Work experience here is defined as working at least 20 hours a week, paid, engaged in the applicant's immigration nomination occupation or related occupations on the Australian technical occupation list. Generally speaking, the work experience of an applicant during his study in Australia cannot be counted as Australian work experience, unless the applicant has Australian qualifications for the profession when he is engaged in work.

4. Overseas Work Experience-Overseas Work Experience

In the 5 years before submitting the immigration application, the applicant has accumulated at least 3 years of work experience outside Australia, and can get this 5 points; In the 7 years before submitting the immigration application, the applicant has accumulated at least 5 years of work experience outside Australia, and can get the bonus of 10; In the 10 year before submitting the immigration application, the applicant has accumulated at least 8 years of work experience outside Australia, and can get the bonus of 15. Work experience here is defined as working at least 20 hours a week, paid, engaged in the applicant's immigration nomination occupation or related occupations on the Australian technical occupation list.

5. Education-educational qualifications

Applicants who have obtained a doctoral degree from an Australian university or an overseas university recognized by Australia before submitting their immigration application can get these 20 points; Applicants who have obtained a bachelor's degree, an honorary bachelor's degree or a master's degree from an Australian university or an overseas university recognized by Australia before submitting their immigration application can get the bonus of 15; Applicants who have obtained a diploma (junior college) or a Grade III or IV certificate (AQF III/IV) from an Australian institution before submitting their immigration application can get this 10 bonus. The Australian degree mentioned here needs to meet the two-year study requirements in Australia.

6. Studying in Australia-Understanding of Studying in Australia

This bonus is 5 points. Applicants must complete the courses (one course, two courses or more) in Australia lasting at least 16 months within 6 months after submitting the application for immigrant visa. The course registration period of the Australian Ministry of Education is not less than 92 weeks, and the courses studied must be closely related to the nominated occupation.

7. Community Language-Community Language

Applicants must pass the three-level translation certification of the Australian Translation Certification Association (NAATI) in order to get a community language score of 5.

8. Spouse skills-partner skills

In order to obtain a spouse skill score of 5, the applicant's spouse needs to meet the following four conditions:

(1) You are under 50 years of age on the date of submitting your application for an immigrant visa.
