The application for renewal of Canadian study visa has passed, but the mail has not arrived yet. What should I do?

I won't send you an email. Unless you write an email to the embassy yourself, the other party will reply, but it's all mandarin, nothing more than patience. So wait.

Generally speaking, if the trial time is less than 2-3 days, it means that the email has been sent, usually hanging up. Generally speaking, it is normal for a trial to last for a week. Sometimes, the Canadian embassy forgets or the mail arrives late.

The Visa Application Center only accepts applications submitted by Canadian students legally residing in China by mail and remittance. The visa application center does not accept visa applications mailed from abroad.

Step 1: Please visit the visa application website and consult the relevant visa instructions.

Step 2: After confirming the visa type, please download the list of materials according to the confirmed visa type and prepare your application materials according to the requirements of the list. After confirming the required materials, print the list of materials and sign it.

Step 3: The applicant needs to remit the visa fee to the designated bank account.

The application fee includes:

-Visa fee (except online application)

-Delivery fee (RMB per person in 250 yuan, RMB per person in 200 yuan for online application)

-Courier fee (50 yuan RMB per person, used to mail the visa results back to the designated address).

Please note: this center only accepts bank counter remittance and online bank remittance.

Please note: please indicate the applicant's name and passport number in the postscript, and make sure that the bank uploads this information so that we can quickly identify your remittance.

Step 4: Applicants can only apply by mail through China Post (EMS).

Step 5: If the visa application center receives the application by email before 13:00 on the same day and confirms that the payment is correct, the visa application center will send the application to the Canadian embassy or consulate for trial on the next working day. If the visa application center receives the courier materials after 13:00 on the same day and confirms that the payment fee is correct, the visa application will be delivered to the Canadian embassy or consulate by the visa application center on the second working day after receipt.

Step 6: Please make sure that the list of materials you provide clearly reflects the original submission. If there is any discrepancy, the center will contact and verify it by telephone and email in time.

Step 7: The center only accepts postal applications with accurate remittance and complete materials. If your remittance is wrong and the required materials are incomplete, the center will inform you by phone/email to explain the further process. During this period, the center will keep your remittance and materials 10 working days, after which we will return your application and remittance. Consult now >>

Step 9: If the returned envelope cannot be delivered, return it through EMS, and the center will keep your application for 30 days, and then the center will hand it over to the embassy or consulate for processing.

Step 10: Before submitting your application, please refer to the "Important News and Notice" on the right side of the webpage for the latest information.
