With the development of the epidemic, many countries have also adjusted their entry policies. The following small series will give you an inventory of the latest immigration policies of various countries in the recent period (as of February 2023 1).

1, Hongkong, China: COVID-19 infected people don't need compulsory isolation. The government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region said that from June 5438+1October 30, the compulsory isolation arrangement for infected people in COVID-19 will be cancelled, and all those who test positive do not need to report and submit personal data through the online platform of the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health.

Previously, Hong Kong and the Mainland had already achieved the first stage of customs clearance. Non-Hong Kong residents arriving in Hong Kong from the Mainland through designated ports need to make an appointment for customs clearance places through the relevant online system of Shenzhen Municipal Government and obtain a confirmation form; Hong Kong residents and foreign tourists going north via Hong Kong do not need to make an appointment to return to Hong Kong.

Other immigration policy requirements:

All visitors to Hong Kong (aged three or above on the day of arrival in Hong Kong), whether from the Mainland, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or overseas regions, are required to undergo rapid antigen testing within 24 hours before the scheduled departure time (arrivals from the airport) or the expected arrival time (arrivals from other ports), or to undergo polymerase chain reaction nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before coming to Hong Kong.

Non-Hong Kong residents who arrive in Hong Kong from overseas and reach the age of 12 or above on the day of arrival must meet the vaccination requirements before coming to Hong Kong.

2. Japan: Consider relaxing the entry epidemic prevention measures for China tourists. According to a report by NHK TV in February 1, the Japanese government is considering relaxing the entry epidemic prevention control measures for China tourists since February last year.

In the scheme under discussion, the negative COVID-19 test report is no longer required, and the number of passengers who need to be tested after entering the country is reduced.

In addition, the Japanese Embassy in China announced on June 20, 65438/KLOC-0 that it would resume the examination and issuance of Japanese citizens' visas to China. Recently, China also resumed the examination and issuance of Japanese citizens' visas to China.

Current immigration policy:

Show negative proof of nucleic acid test within 72 hours before departure. People who fly directly from Chinese mainland to Japan, no matter what kind of vaccine they take, need to have a nucleic acid test within 72 hours before going abroad, and show the test certificate issued by medical institutions.

When testing, be sure to confirm the effective sampling type and testing method. Regarding the sampling type, ThroatSwab is not recognized.

The test certificate shall contain the following contents. Please try to use the test certificate in the format (Japanese/English, Chinese) specified by the Japanese government. If you can't use the specified format, please fill in the "Inspection Declaration Form" by yourself in addition to showing the inspection certificate.

Name of medical institution

Nucleic acid testing is required upon arrival. All people who have traveled from Chinese mainland to Japan and have been to China within 7 days are still subject to entry inspection. If the test result is negative, you will be allowed to enter the country and you will get a negative nucleic acid certificate.

6. UK: Passengers from Chinese mainland to the UK need to show negative test certificates. Earlier, the British government announced that passengers who were over 12 years old and flew from Chinese mainland to Britain were required to provide COVID-19 negative test certificates within 2 days before departure.

Passengers from other countries/regions have no entry restrictions in COVID-19.

7. Australia: Passengers from China who want to go to Australia need to show negative test certificates when entering the country. Passengers who want to go to Australia from China, Chinese mainland, China, Hongkong or Macau must have a COVID-19 test within 48 hours before the trip, and produce a report with negative test results.

Accepted types of nucleic acid detection:

Other entry requirements are the same as those of tourists from other countries, and coronavirus pneumonia-19 vaccination certificate is not required; No need to fill in a digital declaration form (DPD); Unvaccinated or unvaccinated visa holders no longer need to apply for visa-free entry.

8. Canada: Passengers from China to Canada are required to show negative test certificates. Starting from 0: 00 local time10.05, all air passengers aged two and above who arrive by flight from Chinese mainland, China, Hongkong, China or Macau are required to provide negative COVID-19 test certificates to airlines within two days before boarding, which can be PCR test or antigen test.

In addition, there are no other entry restrictions in COVID-19:

● No vaccination certificate is required.

● COVID-19-related isolation is not required.

● There is no need for COVID-19 to monitor and report after entry.

At the same time, Transport Canada also cancelled the mandatory mask orders and health inspection requirements for passengers on planes and trains.

9. South Korea: Passengers from China to South Korea need to undergo two nucleic acid tests ● Provide negative test certificates before boarding. Domestic and foreign passengers over 6 years old entering Korea from China must provide negative proof of PCR test within 48 hours or negative proof of rapid antigen test (RAT) within 24 hours before boarding the plane. (subject to 0: 00 on the day of departure, the inspection will be carried out within the corresponding time)

● Post-entry inspection. All participants will be tested by PCR within 1 day (the next day) after the competition.

● Flight passengers from China must use Q-CODE. Before boarding the plane, inbound passengers must enter the Korean domestic address, contact telephone number and other information in the Q code system. If you do not enter, boarding will be restricted.

10, Singapore: Passengers who are fully vaccinated do not need to provide test reports. At present, there are no entry and epidemic prevention measures for COVID-19-vaccinated passengers in COVID-19. However, you need to provide vaccination certificate and fill in SG entry card (Singapore entry card) 3 days before arrival.
