Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County belongs to Fushun City, Liaoning Province. It is located in the eastern mountainous area of Liaoning Province, bordering on meihekou city, Jilin Province. It is the east gate of Liaoning Province and belongs to the junction of two provinces, four cities and seven counties. It is adjacent to Dongfeng County, meihekou city County and Liuhe County in Jilin Province in the east, Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County in the south, Fushun County and Tieling County in the west, Xifeng County and kaiyuan city County in Tieling City in the north. The total area of the county is 3932.96 square kilometers.

Organizational evolution:

In the early years of the Republic of China (19 12), Kaiyuan County was established. Later, because it is located at the junction of Liuhe, Yingjing and Hailong counties, it is far from the county seat and difficult to control. In the 14th year of the Republic of China (1925), it was convenient to analyze a part of Kaiyuan, Hailong, Liuhe, Yingjing and Tieling counties and set up administrative bureaus.

In the 17th year of the Republic of China (1928), it was officially named Qingyuan County. In the 18th year of the Republic of China (1929), the Northeast Government Affairs Committee was established, Fengtian was changed to Liaoning Province, and Qingyuan County Zhili Liaoning Province was a third-class county. In the first year of Datong in the Puppet Manchukuo (1932), the provincial government system was announced in March, and Liaoning Province was changed to Fengtian, which was still classified as a Class C county.

1946, the Kuomintang occupied this place and was under the jurisdiction of Anton province.
