Electronic processing will be faster than traditional 1-2 months, but lawyers are generally forced to do traditional. If we want to handle it electronically, we need to communicate well in advance, especially lawyers and intermediaries in China, but it is difficult to estimate. Lawyers are troublesome, some don't even understand electronic processing, and some even have poor character. In the case of non-standard materials, send the traditional ones first, and then let you make up the materials, because once you leave the traditional ones, you can't change them electronically, and it takes 30-60 days to make up the materials once. . .

4. 120 AOS shows that after payment, you don't need to wait for the IV expense list, I-864 form signed by your wife, tax bill for the last three years, W2 (non-self-employed), employer's letter (non-self-employed), wife's passport copy, birth notarization, marriage notarization, divorce notarization (if you have a marriage history) and passport. If your wife's income is not enough, you need to find a good co-guarantor when outsourcing the contract. Co-guarantors need to fill in Form I-864 and provide a three-year tax form, W2, employer's letter and passport copy (citizen) or green card copy (green card holder). If the co-guarantor is a joint taxpayer, his spouse needs to fill out the I-864A form.
