(1) Guangzhou Flood Control, Drought Relief and Windproof Headquarters Office

Responsible for the daily work of flood control, drought relief and wind prevention headquarters; Responsible for organizing, coordinating, supervising and guiding the city's flood control and drainage work, and implementing the flood control, wind prevention and drought relief dispatching of important water conservancy projects in the city.

Responsible for the implementation of the central, provincial and municipal policies on reservoir resettlement; Deal with the problems left over by reservoir immigrants, coordinate and guide the resettlement of reservoir immigrants and the resettlement and support of infrastructure construction in immigrant villages.

(3) Guangzhou Water Affairs Bureau Service Center (Municipal Water Information Center)

Responsible for the fixed assets management and logistics services of the bureau, the management and maintenance of the computer information network of the bureau, and the information construction of water affairs.

Responsible for monitoring the water quality and quantity of rivers, lakes and reservoirs, urban and rural water supply and drainage, and soil and water conservation.

(5) Municipal Water Engineering Construction Management Center (Municipal Water Engineering Bidding Management Office)

Responsible for the technical review of water project planning and project design and the bidding management of water projects.

(6) Guangzhou Water Conservancy Project Quality and Safety Supervision Station

Responsible for the supervision and management of municipal water engineering quality and safety production, guide the quality and safety supervision of water engineering in district and county-level cities, and investigate and deal with quality and safety accidents and illegal acts in water engineering construction.

(7) Guangzhou Hechong Management Office

Responsible for organizing the implementation of the Regulations of Guangzhou Municipality on River Management and the construction management of urban river courses and flood control and drainage projects, and for the operation management of river courses, artificial lakes, Huangpu sluice and Chebanyong, Liedeyong and Shaheyong water diversion projects in the central city.

(8) Guangzhou Pearl River Dike Management Office

Responsible for the construction and management of dikes in Guangzhou section of the Pearl River mainstream, as well as the management and maintenance of completed dikes.

(9) Guangzhou Liuxihe River Basin Management Committee Office (Baini River Dike Management Office)

To undertake the daily work of Liuxihe River Basin Management Committee and organize the implementation of Liuxihe River Basin Management Regulations; Responsible for the management of Baini River River Basin; Organize and implement the construction and management of Liuxihe and Baini River main stream dike projects.

(10) Guangzhou Sewage Treatment Project Management Office (Guangzhou Drainage Facilities Management Center)

Responsible for the organization and implementation of urban and rural sewage treatment and urban drainage projects, guide the daily maintenance of drainage facilities and implement supervision and management.

(eleven) Guangzhou Liuxihe Irrigation District Comprehensive Management Office

Responsible for the daily maintenance and safe operation management of Liuxihe irrigation area project.

(12) Management Office of Lanhe Irrigation District, Li Xi, Guangzhou

Responsible for the daily maintenance and safe operation management of Li Xi barrage project.

(13) Guangzhou Meizhou Reservoir Management Office

Responsible for the daily maintenance and safe operation management of Meizhou Reservoir Project and its affiliated power stations, the resettlement management of Meizhou Reservoir, and the organization and implementation of reservoir flood control and drought relief.

(14) huanglongdai reservoir Management Office.

Responsible for the daily maintenance and safe operation of huanglongdai reservoir project and the management of its affiliated power stations, and responsible for organizing the implementation of reservoir flood control and drought relief.

(15) Guangzhou Baiyun Lake Water Conservancy Project Management Office

Responsible for the daily maintenance and related management of Baiyun Lake Water Conservancy Project.

(16) Guangzhou Secondary Water Supply Technical Consultation Service Center

Responsible for the water quality monitoring and management in the whole process of tap water production, transmission and distribution, especially the sampling monitoring and water quality supervision and inspection of residents' secondary water supply pools, and provide technical business consultation, guidance and help services for the secondary water supply industry in Guangzhou; Provide services such as safety technical performance testing and popularization and application for indoor water supply facilities, construction, maintenance, cleaning and new equipment.

(17) Guangzhou Institute of Water Science

Provide design and construction services for dam safety measurement and control, flood and rain forecasting system, automatic gate control system, information management and decision support of water conservancy projects, and provide services such as building material test, water and soil test, building displacement observation, water conservancy and hydropower project supervision.

(18) Guangzhou Water Conservancy Planning Survey and Design Institute

To undertake the specific work of comprehensive planning and research of water conservancy development in our city; Undertake engineering consultation, survey and design of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects, water supply and drainage projects, disaster prevention and mitigation projects, irrigation projects, waterlogging control and comprehensive water environment management projects; To undertake the special safety demonstration work of water-related projects such as water project construction, three-prevention emergency rescue, restoration and reconstruction of water-damaged projects.
