Each floor has a tower ventricle, and the first floor is a single room. The north gate on the first floor is the entrance to the stairs, and there is a spiral staircase running through the top. There are four coupon-shaped doors on the first, third, fifth and seventh floors; There are three doors on the second, fourth and sixth floors in the southeast and west. The tower is a dense-eaves attic, with ridges and horns at the top and a three-bead pagoda. The iron pentagonal brake lever runs through the tip, and the shape is simple and solemn.

Wenfeng Pagoda is not only shaped like "Wen", but also full of Taoist colors. Brick carvings include longevity deer, ganoderma lucidum, dragon and phoenix, etc., which represent auspiciousness; Scholars pray for carp yue longmen; There are also Tai Chi patterns. It provided vivid materials for studying people's ideology, aesthetic psychology and Fuyang history at that time.

Wenfeng Pagoda is listed as a key cultural relic protection unit in Fuyang City.

Kuixing Tower is located in the corner of the southeast tower of Fuyang old city, also known as the turret. Climbing the stairs can overlook Huoshan Mountain in the south, also known as the Fire Tower, commonly known as "Sanpeng Tower". This building is an ancient building built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1574) when Zhao expanded. It is 9.93 meters high, with double eaves, ridging and warping, and the top is decorated with iron dance. The hexagonal clock is made of copper (198 1 changed to iron clock during reconstruction).
