What is the maternity leave for workers in Dunhuang City, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province?

The state stipulates that maternity leave is 98 days, and those who meet the conditions can enjoy 180 days of maternity leave.

According to Article 7 of the "Special Regulations on Labor Protection of Female Employees": Female employees are entitled to 98 days of maternity leave after giving birth, of which 15 days can be taken before childbirth; in the case of difficult labor, an additional 15 days of maternity leave will be added; in case of multiple births, the maternity leave will be increased by 15 days. For every additional baby born, the maternity leave will be increased by 15 days. If a female employee has a miscarriage before four months of pregnancy, she will enjoy 15 days of maternity leave; if she has a miscarriage of more than four months of pregnancy, she will enjoy 42 days of maternity leave. Article 19 of the "Gansu Provincial Population and Family Planning Regulations": Couples who register their marriage in accordance with the law can enjoy 30 days of marriage leave. If a child is born in compliance with the provisions of these regulations, the woman shall enjoy 180 days of maternity leave; the man shall enjoy 30 days of nursing leave. During marriage leave, maternity leave, and nursing leave, employees' wages, bonuses, and welfare benefits remain unchanged.
