The state stipulates that maternity leave is 98 days, and those who meet the conditions can enjoy 180 days of maternity leave.

According to Article 7 of the "Special Regulations on Labor Protection of Female Employees": Female employees are entitled to 98 days of maternity leave after giving birth, of which 15 days can be taken before childbirth; in the case of difficult labor, an additional 15 days of maternity leave will be added; in case of multiple births, the maternity leave will be increased by 15 days.
