Because the characters in each system are generally similar, only a small part of them are different. Therefore, there is not much problem in the communication between Qi Wen and other vassal states.

The so-called Qi culture is the sum of material culture, normative culture and spiritual culture created by Qi people and existing in a specific historical time and space.

In this definition, the concept of Qi people is both broad and standardized. Qi people, as the main body of Qi cultural creation, should not take being born in Qi as the only criterion. Because Guan Zhong is a Chu, Ning Qi is patriotic, and Chen Wan is an immigrant of Chen Qian Qi, all three of whom participated in and created Qi culture, and they are Qi people in a very standard sense. As the main body of Qi culture creation, Qi people should not be defined by whether they live in Qi or whether they can talk together.

Because Tiki is a variable, so is the person who can speak with one voice. Mencius didn't live in Qi for some time, so he couldn't talk together. However, his ideological and academic exchanges and remarks have renewed and developed Qi culture and injected new vitality into it. Although he is not a native of Qi, he has contributed to Qi culture and should be a Qi person in the sense of Qi culture.
