The geographical location of Guxian Town

Guxian Town belongs to Qin County, Shanxi Province, and is located 25 kilometers south of Qin County. The town is connected to Qinyuan County in the west, Li Nan Township and Xindian Town in the east, Cicun Town in the north, Nanquan Township and Yang 'an Township in the south. The whole town covers an area of 150.90 square kilometers, accounting for14 of the county, and is the center of the southwest of Qin county.

The town has jurisdiction over 30 administrative villages. At present, there are 3,757 households in the town with a total population of 15 147, including agricultural population 136 19 and non-agricultural population 1528. The population density of the whole town is 100.38 people/km2, which is lower than the county average 128 people/km2. It is one of the towns with sparse population distribution in Qin County.

The town is located in the middle, with a warm temperate continental climate, mild climate, abundant water resources, fertile land and convenient transportation conditions. The county-level highway section should pass through the town and run through the town. The township has a total population of 4,945, a permanent population of 3,992, and a total construction land of 8 1.3 hectares.

There is a 35 kV substation in the center of the town. The township has always been the seat of Qin county governance, and now it is the second largest town in the county after the county seat.
