Main body completion acceptance steps

The main project of Linhuaigang flood control project was appraised by the water conservancy project quality supervision station of the Ministry of Water Resources and divided into 30 unit projects. By the end of April 2006, 17 unit projects had passed the acceptance, and 2 unit projects of the main dam and 3 unit projects of the auxiliary dam had met the acceptance conditions. Six unit projects, including the road at the top of the main dam, the third bid section of the north auxiliary dam, the fourth bid section of the north auxiliary dam, power supply, information control and automatic hydrological forecasting, were completed at the end of May. Except for two unit projects in the living area behind the soil and water conservation management office, the remaining 28 unit projects all passed the acceptance in early June.

2. Preliminary inspection after completion

According to the relevant requirements of the Code for Construction Acceptance of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Projects, a supervision company and a construction company were selected to prepare the supervision report and construction report respectively, and the design report was compiled by Zhongshui Huaihe Engineering Co., Ltd. and Anhui Water Conservancy Design Institute. Complete the preliminary acceptance of the main project completion before the end of June.

3. Special acceptance

(1) Special acceptance of soil and water conservation: Linhuaigang Construction Administration of Huaiwei Commission entrusts relevant units to monitor soil and water loss during the construction period and after completion of the project, and entrusts relevant units to evaluate the soil and water conservation effect of the project. The acceptance is planned for July, and the unfinished part will be completed as a legacy in 2007.

(2) Special acceptance of environmental protection: Linhuaigang Construction Administration of Huaiwei Commission entrusts relevant units to monitor and evaluate the environmental conditions of the project during the construction period, and plans to carry out acceptance in July, with the evaluation of soil and water conservation effect as a supplement to the remaining problems.

(3) Special acceptance of archives: In order to standardize the compilation of flood control project archives in Linhuaigang, in 2003, the Construction Administration Bureau of Linhuaigang of Huaiwei issued the Interim Measures for the Compilation of Flood Control Project Archives in Linhuaigang and the Classification Scheme for the Compilation of Flood Control Project Archives in Linhuaigang to relevant contractors. On June 25th, the preliminary acceptance of the main project files has been completed. The overall project documents were accepted in June+10, 5438.

(4) In May, the special acceptance of dam occupation and resettlement has been carried out. 4. Safety appraisal Safety appraisal is entrusted to the Water Conservancy and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources. At present, the self-inspection report of the construction and supervision units has been compiled, and the self-inspection report of the design unit is being compiled. The construction management report can be completed after the acceptance of all units' projects. It is planned to complete the safety appraisal in June 65438+ 10.

5. Final accounts of completion

The Linhuaigang Construction Administration of Huaiwei formulated the final accounts compilation plan of Linhuaigang flood control project, and issued it to relevant units for implementation. The final accounts of the main project plan to complete the preparatory work for the report in August.

6. Completion audit

According to the arrangement of the Ministry of Water Resources, Huaiwei Committee, Henan Provincial Water Resources Department and Anhui Provincial Water Resources Department are respectively responsible for the final accounts audit of the main project, the treatment of inundation impact in Henan Province, the treatment of inundation impact in Anhui Province, and the completion of land acquisition, demolition and resettlement projects. The audit of the final accounts of the demolition and resettlement project has been completed. 10 year 10 month to complete the summary of overall completion final accounts, 1 10 year 10 month to complete the overall completion audit.

7. Completion acceptance

According to the arrangement of the Ministry of Water Resources, the overall completion acceptance plan is at the end of February 65438.
