India's policy of returning to China requires that nucleic acid and antibody tests be carried out at the designated institutions of China's embassy and consulate in India, and then a health code marked with "HS" or a health declaration marked with "HDC" is applied;

I suggest you "don't travel unless necessary". In order to avoid the risk of cross-infection through many countries and ensure the health and safety of compatriots at home and abroad, according to the unified domestic deployment, the requirements for China's embassies and consulates in India to accept health codes are adjusted as follows:

1. Indians (there is no direct flight to China). Such personnel only transit China once through a third country or region, such as Indo-German (Frankfurt)-China. Within 48 hours before boarding the plane, they have to "double check" at the airports in India and Frankfurt, Germany, respectively, and apply for health codes. At the time of application, in addition to uploading the negative report of nucleic acid and serum IgM test authorized by the Indian Medical Research Council (ICMR) directly under the Indian Ministry of Health and issued by the testing institution recognized by embassies and consulates in China, India, and obtaining the first health code issued by the embassy or consulate in India, it is also necessary to upload the negative report of "double test" issued by the designated testing institution at Frankfurt Airport, Germany, and obtain the second health code issued by the embassy or consulate of China in Germany.

If such personnel are transferred to China through two or more countries (or regions) such as India-Germany (Frankfurt)-France (Paris)-China, the embassy or consulate in India will no longer accept their application for health code.

Second, according to the requirements of novel coronavirus Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (the eighth edition for trial implementation), except that IgM and IgG antibodies are positive due to vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine, those who have been diagnosed with COVID-19's history or have not been diagnosed but have positive results in nucleic acid detection and IgM and IgG antibody detection should provide the diagnosis certificate of lung CT or X-ray results issued by the local hospital, and the proof that both nucleic acid tests are negative (sampling time is at least 24 hours). The parties concerned shall truthfully declare the medical history and test results. In this case, it is necessary to conduct 14 days of isolation management and health status testing. If the test is normal, and the test results of nucleic acid and IgM antibody within 48 hours before boarding can be provided, which meets the requirements of "double negative", our library will issue a health code/health statement for them.

Third, an important reminder

(1) China (India) has not resumed regular commercial passenger service. Please fly directly to China in the country of origin, and don't come to India for transit.

(2) When applying for a health code, all information must be true, accurate and complete. If it is not true, the embassy or consulate in India will refuse to issue it, and the losses caused by it will be borne by the applicant. Please submit the application materials at least 12 hours before boarding, so as to issue a green code.

(3) Strengthen closed-loop management and personal protection before departure. There have been cases of variant COVID-19 infection in some countries, and there are still cases in which passengers from India to China were found to be positive for nucleic acid and were recently diagnosed. In view of this, please don't be careless, continue to do personal protection, self-closed-loop management before and after testing, and pay attention to the closed-loop protection of all links such as staying in the hotel, going through the airport immigration customs, boarding the plane, taking the opportunity and connecting flights in a responsible attitude towards yourself and others, so as to minimize the risk of infection during the journey.
