Can I apply for EB2 husband immigration outside the United States?

National interest exemption immigration is the second priority special case of professional immigration in American immigration law (EB-2 for short). In the second priority application for normal professional immigrants, applicants not only need American employers, but also need American employers to provide permanent work commitments, and their employers apply for work permits from the Ministry of Labor. Application conditions

Since national interest exemption is the second priority for professional immigrants (EB-2), applicants must meet the conditions for applying for EB-2, that is, they have "advanced degree" or "special skills".

The following conditions must be met:

Master degree or above, such as bachelor degree, at least 5 years relevant working experience.
