The main personnel include:
1, China * * * Party organs, people's congresses and their standing committees, people's governments, supervisory committees, people's courts, people's procuratorates, committees at all levels of China People's Political Consultative Conference, organs of democratic parties, organs of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and personnel managed with reference to the Civil Service Law;
2. Organizations engaged in public affairs management authorized by laws and regulations or entrusted by state organs according to law;
3. Managers of state-owned enterprises;
4, public education, scientific research, culture, medical care, sports and other units engaged in management personnel;
5. Personnel engaged in management in grass-roots mass autonomous organizations;
6. Other persons who perform public duties according to law.
Operators of state-owned enterprises refer to the following personnel in state-funded enterprises:
1. Personnel who perform the duties of organization, leadership, management and supervision in wholly state-owned companies and enterprises;
2. Persons nominated, recommended, appointed and approved by party organizations or state organs, wholly state-owned companies, enterprises and institutions, who perform the duties of organization, leadership, management and supervision in state-owned holding and shareholding companies and their branches;
3, approved by the person in charge of state-funded enterprises, organizations or research decisions, on behalf of state-owned holding and shareholding enterprises and their branches engaged in organization, leadership, management, supervision and other work personnel.
Personnel engaged in management in grass-roots mass autonomous organizations refer to the following personnel in the organization:
1, personnel engaged in collective affairs and public welfare management;
2 personnel engaged in the management of collective funds, assets and resources;
3. Personnel who assist the people's government in administrative work include those who are engaged in disaster relief, epidemic prevention, emergency rescue, flood control, special care, rescue, immigration, management of disaster relief funds and materials, management of social donation public welfare undertakings, management of state-owned land management, management of compensation for land acquisition, tax collection, family planning, household registration, conscription, and personnel who assist other state organs such as the people's government in other management work.
Legal basis: Article 11 of the Supervision Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
The Board of Supervisors shall perform the duties of supervision, investigation and disposal according to law:
(a) to educate public officials in a clean and honest manner, and to supervise and inspect their performance of duties according to law, fair use of power, clean politics and ethical conduct;
(two) to investigate the duty crimes suspected of corruption and bribery, abuse of power, dereliction of duty, rent-seeking, interest transfer, favoritism and waste of state-owned assets;
(three) to make administrative sanctions against illegal public officials according to law; Accountability for leaders who fail to perform their duties and dereliction of duty; For those suspected of duty crimes, the investigation results shall be transferred to the people's procuratorate for review and prosecution according to law; Put forward supervision suggestions to the unit where the object of supervision is located.
