The scope of protection shall be determined by the water conservancy and hydropower project management unit after consultation with the relevant departments of this project and submitted to the local people's government where the project is located, and the boundary shall be defined, signs shall be set up and certificates shall be issued. Major projects shall be agreed by the higher authorities and the relevant people's governments.
