How to apply for Australian PR quickly?

Australia has joined key skilled immigrants this year, and it is easier to get PR than the shortage of talents.

basic requirement

1) Diploma and experience

Applicants must have a bachelor degree or above. Applicants must have at least 65,438+0 years' working experience in the list of occupations in Australia (depending on the major, a major with a score of 60 only needs to have 65,438+02 months' working experience 65,438+08 months before the application, and a major with a score of 50 or less needs to have 2 years' working experience 3 years before the application). Other majors may need longer work experience, such as some occupations of managers. Skilled immigrants sponsored by residents in remote areas of Australia may have low work experience. If the applicant who has obtained the Australian diploma applies within 6 months, he/she does not need any work experience (the 6-month period starts from the applicant's completion of the diploma, not from the applicant's obtaining the certificate). All non-Australian diplomas must be evaluated by the Australian Diploma Evaluation Committee and proved to meet the requirements of Australia before applying for immigration.

2) Age

The applicant must be under 45 years old.

3) English

Applicants must achieve at least 6 points in IELTS reading, writing, listening and speaking, and the results are valid for one year. Immigration applicants sponsored by Australian relatives or ordinary skilled immigrants need to score to decide whether their applications can be approved. The scores include skills, age, English level, specific work experience, whether there is a shortage of majors (and whether there is an employer's letter of appointment), whether there is an Australian diploma, the skills of the spouse and kinship (kinship is only for immigrant applicants sponsored by Australian relatives). As long as the applicants meet the basic requirements, they can start scoring.

Second, the score calculation standard

Diplomas and professional scores:

-60 points for occupations that are usually specially trained;

-50 points for general professional occupation;

-40 points for other ordinary skill occupations.

Age score: based on the age at the time of application.

-18-29 years and 30 minutes;

-30-34 years and 25 minutes;

-35-39 years and 20 minutes;

-40-44 years old, 15 points.

English scores:

-IELTS, 6 points for each subject, 15 points;

-IELTS 7 points and 25 points each;

English scores are valid for one year.

Work experience score:

-40-50 professional;

-Have been engaged in any occupation on Australia's list of technical occupations for at least three years in the past four years, and get 5 points;

-60 points for major, and at least 3 years of professional or related work in the last 4 years. 10 point.

Australian diploma plus points:

-5 points for those who have studied in Australia for more than two years and obtained a college diploma or above;

-10 Get a master's degree or equivalent, you can get extra points;

-You can get 15 for your PhD in Australia.

-Australia's shortage of majors plus points:

-letter of appointment from the unit that is short of professionals but useless 15 points;

-20 points for lack of professionalism plus employer's letter of appointment.

Spouse bonus points:

-If the spouse meets the requirements of diploma experience, age and English, add 5 points.

Other additional reward conditions:

Anyone who meets any of the following three items can add (up to 5 points) 5 points.

-At least 6 months of legal work experience in Australia in the four years before application, and the occupation must be on the list of technical occupations in Australia.

-Investing 65,438+A million dollars in investment projects designated by the Australian government for more than 12 months.

-Proficient in the language of one of Australia's major trading partners (including Mandarin/Cantonese, but excluding English, the applicant must have graduated from a regular university in China to get a diploma).

Applicants do not need to pass the score, as long as they meet the basic requirements. In addition, cousins and grandparents can also guarantee. Third, immigration scores.

Current passing score 120. There are two kinds of finalists: independent immigrants (without relatives' guarantee) 120 points; The relative guarantee is 100.
